Hello my fellow San Diegans and Earthlings,
March went by so fast for me. Living every day to the fullest will do that to you. I mean when you find fun things to do during the day, time doesn't seem to exist. How insanely beautiful was the weather last week?! Getting a little sun on the skin really wakes up the body. Plus you get that natural Vitamin D from the old sun, which is always good.
I had a huge scare the other day though. I was skateboarding back from the beach over the weekend (rough I know) when I was abruptly stopped by an enormous ditch in the road. I was speeding on my board so just imagine what happened...I flew in the air and landed right on my elbow, skidding on the pavement. I was sure it was broken or at least a little chipped, but you really can't do much about elbows. It seems to be fine now but man, it got me realizing how fragile our bodies are.
I never thought about taking vitamins to replenish all the good chemicals my body needs because my mom used to always force them on me as a kid. She knew what she was doing.
I decided that day I was going to take care of myself a little better than I had my entire active life. Having decided that, I got on Locallife.com and searched for some deals at vitamin and food supplement stores in San Diego. It didn't take long to find a deal...the Great Earth Vitamin Store in beautiful La Jolla has been offering $5 off any purchase for quite some time. I flew over there on my skateboard haha to check it out.

Great Earth Vitamin Store is awesome. They have everything you could ever want to keep you on a healthy, stronger track. I bought so many different vitamins...it was super fun to be honest. Our bodies always need to be kept in shape. Eating right, exercising, and finishing the process off with some good vitamins and supplements will only help you stay strong and healthy.
What was my most important purchase at Great Earth? Well, calcium of course...cuz I ain't seeing no doctor about this elbow of mine! Later!
