More than a Facial!

The Holidays always get a little stressful, of course it's time for joy and family. But the gifts, dinner planning and relatives do take some energy. I wanted to look my best for the holiday pictures and decided to get a facial.

Not only did I receive a facial at The Upper Level Spa, but I was pampered! First off was the cleansing and exfoliation. After that I received a wonderful shoulder and neck massage, by that time I was counting sheep. But then came the necessary extractions, ouch! I forgot all about it once I had the hand and foot treatment! And the girl was also giving me tips on skincare, she answered all my questions about sun exposure, types of skin and what natural products I should be using.

I wanted to share this awesome experience with other gals and let you know you can get this for FREE when you purchase a massage, you can get the coupon right here!

It was a refreshing experience and now I have added a new resolution to my list: get pampered each month, it's not only necessary but will keep me sane and stress free.

Wow. Thank You Upper Level Spa.

So I finally got a massage. Is that not the best thing that's ever been invented? I now realize how great they are for the body. I still feel like I'm a new born or something and the massage was yesterday!

I was lucky enough to be treated to the Hot Stone Massage. Talk about relaxing my tight muscles and working out the kinks. If you think Hot/Cold pads work, you have no idea how amazing these warm river rocks work. You literally feel so rejuvenated when it ends. I totally wanted to stay in the bed and sleep there for the night it was so soothing. I even took a picture with my camera phone to prove how soothing it was:

I don't think it would have been that good if it wasn't for my masseuse, Mera. Not only was she cute and easy to talk to, but she really knew what she was doing. She was young, but had been a massage therapist for over 4 years so I was in good hands. Guys, shes great and we need to get her some more clientele. It's hard for her to promote herself so I am telling you all to get down to Upper Level Spa off Clairemont Drive after work and ask for Mera.

If you want to treat your girlfriends to a nice massage at Upper Level, bring in this coupon. They're offering a Free Facial with the purchase of a 60 to 90 minute massage. Not only that, but everytime you refer a friend, you get a $10 credit on your next massage.

The Upper Level Spa is open Monday-Friday from 9Am to 9PM. Trust me, you'll feel like a million and one bucks after you get a massage at Upper Level.

Save Money, Look Better!

Hey! I'm back!

I couldn't wait. Girls, you're gonna love this deal...

We all know that we deserve to be pampered and treated like the queens that we are. Our days are stressful and our fragile bodies need a break sometimes. Whenever there is an opportunity to revive ourselves and enhance our ever-present beauty to look and feel great , I'm there!

In this day and age, everyone and their mother is getting a little extra work to look and feel better . I've always thought about it but I don't have money like that to burn. ( Maybe I should have found a hubby with a little more cashola - haha I'm kidding! )

Seriously though, here's the deal that brightened my day: At Shumway Cosmetic Surgery in beautiful La Jolla, we can get a botox treatment for only $ 199 per area ! Theyr'e usually $ 299 so you do the math. I've been waiting to treat myself and I'm for sure gonna do it. Shumway Cosmetic Surgery has an excellent reputation with thier long list of clients.

I almost forgot! They're also offering a Latisse treatment for only $95 plus a FREE skin consultation! You guys are lucky I find these deals. Tell you're friends about our SAVINGS PAGE and what I'm doing because only WE are being smart about our money, benefiting from it and are here to share it with others in San Diego .

Smooth Operators

Hey! What's new everyone?

Hope your Thanksgiving was awesome! Mine sure was. I seriously can't believe how beautiful our weather is here in San Diego. I was in Philadelphia about a month ago and let me tell you...we've got it good.

I was researching my files looking for what I considered a "Killer Deal" to blog about and am confident you will agree with me that this offer qualifies.

This may only pertain to the "real" men out there with style, but everyone is welcome to check it out haha. Tint Devil, located right on Miramar Rd. is offering $30 OFF an entire car tinting! They'll hook your entire car up with a sleek, stylish tint that makes any stock car look official. My brother just got his plain old 2000 Toyota Camry tinted and it looks so much better on the road. He actually looked cool for once haha.

Simple additions like a tint upgrade change the entire appearance of your car. Not only will people give you a nice double take as you drive by, but they won't have a clue if you're looking back. Having a tinted car will turn your swagger level up a bit...not that we don't have enough already.

I'm tellin' you guys, entertain the idea. Being a little mysterious is always a good thing, not only with the ladies, but behind the wheel as well.

Free food? It's healthy too? Sign me up!

Hey everybody!

I've found an awesome deal for all of you in North County S.D. We've got a 2-for-1 deal on entrees at Paradiso Restaurant in Escondido. This place is amazing! It's located right next to the movie theater so I'm thinking dinner and a movie is in order.

Paradiso is a classic Mediterranean restaurant with something tasty for everyone. It has been serving Escondido for over 5 years now and is still going strong. Their signature entrees are the flat bread chicken and filet mignon kabobs. Man, kabobs never get old, I'm tellin' you. What the owner really stressed to us was that their huge selection of healthy vegetarian meals couldn't be beat. Thats something to consider when taking that special someone out too guys. This will show her that your a health conscious and cultured individual.

Now that I think of it, there are so many fast food joints around these days I swear I'm getting fatter just looking at them! We only have one body and I personally like to watch what I sink my teeth into. Paradiso's selection is healthy and delicious and I know you'll find your favorite new dish there. Let me tell you, devouring some good food and knowing that its good for your body is something I can get used to.

See for yourself!

Who Is Local Life?

The Locallife.com site aims to provide a complete guide to life in the United States. It is in fact not just one site, but a whole network of sites each covering a particular area. The individual sites are identical in design and layout, but each has it's own content and local flavour.

On each site you will find menus of restaurants, details of schools, local events, tradesmen and businesses and much, much more.

In addition to all the local content you will also find links to the very best national websites, so there is no need to remember hundreds of website addresses.

Locallife.com is organised into nine main categories, each color-coded for clarity and ease of use. The site has been designed with both internet novices and experts in mind, with a variety of different ways to get to the information you require.

The development of the site is ongoing, and details of local organisations and businesses can be submitted to improve our listings in any area, at any time.

Our aim is to provide a reliable, comprehensive on-line guide to every city, town and village in the United States, that is of use to both residents and visitors alike.
